[ms office - 2013] Outlook e-mails showing as receivers email address

Strange one here, every email that gets directly sent to this mailbox shows as the receivers email address. This only seems to apply to direct emails and not the cc'd ones or ones to her and others!

 

E.g

 

She just got an email for ancestry.com and the sender shows as her name in the list.

She got an email from reception along side other house mistresses and the senders name is correct.

 

 

I have tried an office repair to no avail, any ideas?

Also it's Office 365 and in the OWA it's fine

Just found the pattern, the inbox is all showing the Receiver of the email not the sender

The view option was on 'Sent To' Not compact, easy fix in the end!
