AirServer issues

Good morning,

I am having issues with AirServer on our primary school network. We had a trial version of Airserver and it worked. But now the school have purchased licences I can't get it to work. I installed it exactly the same (or so I thought), stuck the licence number in, allocated the app to one ipad that will scan the QR code but I now get the following message,

"unable to establish connectivity with airserver

please ensure that your network is configured to allow connectivity between your wifi connection and the computer running airserver"

According to our ISP the right ports are open.

 

we use meraki to manage the ipads.

Any help gratefully received.
