Server whitelist/permissions just been updated. Quite a few of you whitelisted now.

OK guys and gals, I have made a few changes.

 

1. Remove the AromaCore mod I listed as being needed.

2. I have reset the world, with no pre-gen, as I think there was a conflict with AromaCore and another mod (and you can't remove it from an existing world).

 

So, hopefully @bald_pig, you should be able to get on and have it stay stable now!

Ok. Server is definitely behaving at the moment. Both @ZeroHour and I have had a fly around and given things a poke. Not seeing any hints of issues.

I've now implemented hourly whitelist updates! So you'll be able to get on within the hour when you update your Minecraft username. 17 of you have signed up so far! Only 4 of us have signed in though. Come and join in!

Did you try relogging? Chunks failing to load is a relatively common issue with every MC server I've ever been on.

Server is running smoothly since my changes. Some, come one, come all! Come build some Minecraft marvels!

I've always been tempted to give Minecraft a go. It'd be nice to have something just to mess around in. Would be interested to see what other games get suggested.

It looks like we need to disable the WiiEMC mod for EE3's knowledge system to work properly.

I tried disabling it locally as it is a client mod, but my connection was rejected.

Server is restarting now, with WiiEMC disabled.

We have a TS now! It should be mostly ready, connect to ts.edugeek.net and please try and using a bookmark to set your username to your EduGeek username for membership tags.

Ok. I'm going to investigate a different mod pack everyone. This one keeps corrupting player data. Has now happened to me also. I'll have something new up within the hour.

Yeah, I was going to let you know earlier that it dropped me again and wouldn't let me back on, even after reinstalling the launcher and the modpack.

OK. Have settled on a new pack. Just rolling a server install now. Will post the new details soon. More of a kitchen sink pack, but has been around longer!

Edit: If you want a decent kitchen sink pack that doesn't suck have a look at the 'Unabridged' pack on the ATLauncher. It's semi-private so you will need to use the code 'unabridged' to add it.
