Hi I was wondering If any one could help me with DHCP change I am going to make today @ 4pm? What it is I need more/extent IP Addresses excluded from distridution from 1 to 50 and add a extra 50 so 1 to 100 sound easy right??? But the 50 IP addresses I am going to take are in use with 50 classroom PC`s which expire on Monday Night, What I want to know is if I take to 50 IP`s what will happen to the PC`s that are using the addresses??? Will they just take a fresh IP or will I have big problems???

If the PCs are restarted they should re-check with DHCP and pick up new addresses. If they are left on they will only refresh when the lease expires and you may get IP already in use errors.

Make sure the classroom PCs are off and delete the existing leases from the manager then make your changes. When restarted, they'll pick up an IP from the new range.
