BSOD: Need Help!!

The PC I am working on had the problem of a BSOD. I tried to reinstall windows using a pre-saved image. It didnt work and everything I try results in the same result: fails to fully install windows and Bluescreens when it is "setting up computer for first use". It then as expected reboots and forms a loop. I have tried a new Hard drive, new MOBO, new SATA cable, different RAM, different PSU and even resetting the BIOS. To me it points to the CPU as it is apart from that, a completely different computer as I have replaced all other parts.

What is the make/model? Have you ran a hardware diagnostic?

Try changing your sata configuration to ide in advanced bios. It may work with a reboot but you may need to reimage it again.
