room booking

I thought I would start to use the HAP room booking feature. I installed HAP ages ago but can't remember how to activate it.

 

I went to the config and added a room when I (as admin) go to click the booking system on my HAP home page under "management" i get.

Could not find file 'BLAH\BLAH\BLAH\hap\App_Data\Bookings.xml'.

I go to the App_data location and there is no bookings.xml Do I simply create a file or is there something else I need to do here?

 

its based on Server 2008r2 IIS 7.5 (Hap version unknown installed 2/12/14 on latest)

Download the booking system plugin from Home Access Plus+ - Home

Where do I dump the files? is it just in the Hap folder or does it go in a sub folder? Apologies for what might be a silly question I couldn't find the answer in the manual.

Hi @beancole,

 

You should just need to extract the zip file downloaded from Home Access Plus+ - Download: HAP+ Plugin - Booking System v4.6 into the root of the IIS HAP+ folder.

 

The items in the zip file will then be added to the folder (and relevant subfolders).
