Schools Broadband VoIP. Does anyone use this service?

Just wondering if anyone uses Schools Broadband for their VoIP services? Is the service reliable? Any other comments?

Hi

 

I do, we have had it almost 2 years. Its been very reliable on the whole, I have to say in November\December there were a couple of instances where we lost telephone connectivity for a couple of minutes but nothing since or before then. Tech support is pretty good, just ring them up and they are happy to help which was useful when the sytem was bedding in and we were learning.
