Our print server is Linux based. It natively talks post script, thus that's what the spools files are in. So it's fairly easy to tell it to keep a copy of printouts that's easily viewable if required.

@ICT_GUY: Thanks, did come see this splviewer before but didnt really look at it too close. Had a closer look and does the trick for now, even if its in german :)
