Desktop Display Not Showing on Smartboard 600 Windows XP

I am running smartboard on a Windows XP desktop. The smartboard turns on, all software is installed but I don't see the desktop on the smartboard, only the smartboard logo, projector is turned on. Please note, I am NOT running Windows 7 so the "duplicate/mirror" feature is not present. I am running Windows XP. Tried changing the resolutions, no luck. I tried the extend button but that doesn't work either. Help please, thanks! Edited January 31, 2016 by hmunster123
