This is a new post which offers an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Campus Services team.

 

The Systems Engineer post, sits within the ServiceDesk team, to provide second and third line technical support for academic and business ICT resources, through fault finding and technical resolution as well as desktop, mobile and online delivery, configuration and maintenance.

 

The postholder must have a wide variety of technical skills in the ability to support both Windows and Apple Macintosh based resources, user authentication, print, audio visual resources and online services.

 

The post holder must have an excellent customer services presence and be able to communicate and work with a wide range of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to ensure resolution and continuity of ICT provisions. The post will also support senior colleagues within Digital Campus Services across Digital Learning and Business Development initiatives.

 

The successful candidate will join the vibrant and creative AUB community in its intentions to excel in the delivery of a flexible, responsive and exciting digital learning and support environment.
