Colubris MSM710 Controller access

I've got a Colubris box on our network, however I've been left no credentials to login to it by my predecessor. I'm needing to get into it to review the config. Can anyone advise if there is a way around this

Hi,

 

Open up a console session on the controller and when you see the login prompt type "emergency" - without the quote marks. You may need to reboot the controller to get the prompt.

 

It will ask you to hit 1 to reset username/password to admin/admin

I've tried connedcting at 115200/n/8/1 as per the manual, but just nothing appearing
