GPO's to remove properties context menus not working in Windows 10

As title these GPO's don't appear to be working in windows 10, anyone found a solution?

Which context menu are you referring to?

Right clicking on files/folders etc. I don't really want to disable the right click completely.

However I think users can still access properties from the file explorer ribbon/menu even if I was to disable right click.

I guess it depends what on the context menu you want to restrict that can't be accessed by other means.
