I just came across this thread. We have been experiencing the black screen on 1511 Edu since first roll out and we do not use Impero. However we've never had to manually power off a machine, the desktop will eventually appear after anything up to a minute or so.

Thanks, I did find that and one of the drop boxes was US but how do I change that via GPO?

Ok now this is a strange one. User logs on fine and has UK keyboard layout but if screen locks and they need to enter their password the keyboard changes to US.. so if they have @ in their password it changes to " which gets very confusing. Soon as they log in again UK layout is restored. UK Layout is forced via GP Any ideas?

However I think users can still access properties from the file explorer ribbon/menu even if I was to disable right click.

Right clicking on files/folders etc. I don't really want to disable the right click completely.

As title these GPO's don't appear to be working in windows 10, anyone found a solution?

I'm having this issue. It's driving me insane! User logs in, no shortcuts appear in the start menu. (They will appear after 10 mins or so which is obviously ridiculous.) User logs out and back in again and the shortcuts appear straight away. Any ideas?
