Slow loading network drives home access plus

Hi

 

I have posted this before but i am hoping someones had a similar issue,When i am trying to access our mapped network drives it takes around 30-40 secs before opening them,

 

I have tried changing to quota ,drivespace and none and nothing makes a difference,

 

I have enalbled diasabled compression changed the folder to search for general items etc

 

Anyone have any ideas

 

Running server 2012 with iis 8 and network drive is located on different VM
