I know I can create a blocked sender list on ORG level but is there anyway of redirecting these messages instead ? e.g. create a ORG level email filter to redirect all email from an address to a central mailbox ?

If anyone needs to do this these are the steps :-

[1] Sign into the Admin Console and go to Apps > Google Apps > Gmail > Advanced settings.

[2] Scroll down to the 'Content compliance' setting and click 'Configure.'

[3] Enter a description for the rule in the text box at the top of the window.

[4] Click the check box beside 'Inbound' in the 'Email messages to affect' section.

[5] In the second section, click 'Add' and change 'Simple content match' to 'Advanced content match.'

[6] Set the 'Location' to 'Envelope sender' and the 'Match type' to 'Contains text.'

[7] Enter the sender address in the text box and click 'Save.' Repeat steps 5-7 for each sender address you want the rule to catch.

[8] In the third section, click 'Modify message' and select 'Quarantine message' from the drop-down.

[9] Click 'Add setting' and then click 'Save' from the bottom right of the page.

Why there isn't just an Email Blacklist as well as an Email whitelist under the Spam settings I don't know...
