I have two questions

 

1: my web logs are only showing the results from the day in question and not previous results (historic logs does not work at all ) this is with sql

 

2: when updating a ticket it seems slow to update and hangs

1. On web logs, you have to change the date, you can then either select a day or month

2. Sounds like it's trying to load up something (additional AD properties) but shouldn't take too long (2 seconds at most)
