[sims] Individual reports - change "Result" to "Result Description"

Is there any way to change a *large* number of tags in an Individual Report from "Result" to "Result Description"? other than work through them all one at a time?

 

My report template is 42 pages long

Clone the report and try edit /replace function ?

Old thread, but does anyone know if this can be done?

 

I've tried to Find & Replace 'Result' into 'ResultDesc' and have looked at the 'full' code (as per this thread) to see if there's anything else that distinguishes the two fields, but I'm stumped.

paste the code here for one aspect - but paste both the result and result description so we can spot any differens you may have missed.
