Hi, trying to run Service Manager to set tup InTouch and getting the following error;

 

Error with Settings file ....

Settings file does not match the schema. Services will not run while this persists. Please check the logs.

What does the log file say?

 

Any event logs on the server?

 

Is the service manager in services.msc running?

 

Have you got a proxy? If so you will need to enter these details in to the setting in ssm

Thanks for the reply, before I got to try your suggestions, SIMS advised me to delete the settings file which worked!
