FN-GM Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Hello, You can convert it. But can't remember how its been that long! Thanks
DJ-1701 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 You should be able to login still, if you go to the Admin page and select Billing -> Subscription, you should be able to add the free education subscription(s) to your service. After that, if you are lucky, you may be able to go to Users -> Active Users and just edit them to use the new licenses. 1

DJ-1701 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Strange... This is the view I have for the subscriptions, and if I click on Add subscriptions at the top right I get this. The ones on the left I have previously purchased (Office 365 Education for students and Office 365 Education for faculty) are the ones I believe you are after. Edited January 5, 2016 by DJ-1701 1
MrPstv Posted January 5, 2016 Author Posted January 5, 2016 It seems i have left it way too long and i have to signup again...boo Deprovisioned...
MrPstv Posted January 5, 2016 Author Posted January 5, 2016 Ok, The Office 365 Enterprise E3 has expired and only gives me the option to BUY?
DJ-1701 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Enterprise? Did you trial the Education package? If you didn't start the trial for the Education package, have a look here and register. https://products.office.com/en-gb/academic/office-365-education-plan Then I suggest looking for the free educational packages and purchasing, and assigning your accounts. If you did start the Educational trial or had any issues, I know that Microsoft have been very helpful with regard to 365 with others here on Edugeek, so it would be worth giving them a call.
