Prevent Simultaneous Login

Anyone know how to prevent simultaneous logins? I am looking to prevent Archie Scribbs from letting his mate Bobby Scoggins log in using his credentials (names are fictitious to protect the guilty).

 

I know this can be done using third party software, wondered if anyone had done this by using either a script or something within group policy before?

Although it worked well, we are not staffed at a high enough level to enforce the issues it brought up!
