Document submission

Hi guys,

 

We have a fair few documents that people need to fill in on mobile devices.

 

Is there any software were users login. Select the document they want to, then fill it in and submit it. I'm looking for something web based and something i can host on our servers.

 

We have things like vehicle checks, ordering cleaning products and many more.

 

I looked at companyweb but need something dedicated to it that works on Android and Windows phones.
