Hi.

I have an issue at the moment, when staff and students log in from home onto remote app, they cannot see any programmes published to them. I have double checked all the settings.

I have one 2008 RDSH server

And a 2012 RDGW server.

On the gateway server I cannot see RDSH listed as a remote session host server and can't add one. It's will let me add RDGW as a session host but obviously that server isn't a session host.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks

Not too familiar whether our setup will have different symptoms as to your setup as we only have a single 2008 r2 as a gw/host. Did you install the programs using the install application for remote desktop wizard through the control panel?

other than that, that is all I have to offer on this topic

good luck

We had this issue and I'm sure it turned out to be related to Windows updates for the Session Host, after getting it up to date it started behaving as normal again.

i believe you may be correct, I mounted the VM from Veeam and it worked fine so restored the session host.

Is it not something to do with Wmi, in the last I have had to add it too Mmc and add permissions accordingly.. Not permissions for the published apps?
