Our friendly, diligent IT Services department provides practical technical assistance to both our staff and students, ensuring that all the College’s technical requirements are fully met.

We are seeking for an enthusiastic and committed person with a keen interest in IT to join a hard-working team of 4 in running a full IT service. We require that candidates for this role be flexible and willing learn and assist in a number of areas including support, development, customer service and some project work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual, to develop their skills and knowledge. Full training will be given, including guidance on all in-house processes and procedures, and a City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT delivered by Cambridge Regional College (CRC) – so by the end of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will have of achieved a nationally recognised qualification, as well as attaining valuable work experience.
