Stale Word Shortcuts

We have been moving network drives around and consolidating them.

 

Now when users open word they get the message:

 

The Drive or network connection that the shortcut xxxx.ink refers to is unavailable. This is a stale link to some shortcuts, they are different for different people.

 

Whats the best way about stopping this / deleting stale shortcuts
