Hi forum,

 

We have got Veeam backup and replication for our servers. Is there a piece of software from Veeam that would let me manage both the servers (replication and backup) from my work computer? I had a look at Veeam One- is this the software? I don't want to use the license just yet for it.

You can go to the enterprise pack and have the remote management.

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding or not but did you install 2 separate instances then?

 

Wherever you installed the main console is where you'll do all the management for replication/backup on all servers whether 2 or 2milllllion.

 

Ours is just remoted to and managed that way, only one server to ever access as all the replicas and backups work from the one program. (replicas on one server, backups on 2 servers)

We have one instance, on the first server.

Veeam B&R has its own management console... we just RDP into the server and manage the jobs etc from there...
