kenney Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 I'm trying to set up a pop up message when the folder quota is 100% reached. I've gone into the quota setting and pointed it to the VBS script i want it to run when it hits 100% of the quota but when I try and transfer a file too big for the quota to test it the only thing that is display on the users screen is the windows warning of not enough space. Could anyone point me in the right direction how I would go about setting this up?
3s-gtech Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 If you get the server to run a script when the quota is filled, it will pop up a message - on the server itself. Getting this to show on the client is a very different business. Only way I can think of doing it is using an application on the PCs which displays alerts from a central database for that user. Not easy.
