blu4 Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Hi, We have got Impero deployed to most of the student workstations however not to staff laptops. We do get silly helpdesk emails and 90%+ of the time it can be resolved with a remote connection. I prefer not to use VNC or TV. In Server 2008 you were able to interact with the users session and control the KB/M but I can't find that in the Server 2012. Has that been discontinued?
