RDP "Shadowing"

Hi,

 

We have got Impero deployed to most of the student workstations however not to staff laptops. We do get silly helpdesk emails and 90%+ of the time it can be resolved with a remote connection. I prefer not to use VNC or TV. In Server 2008 you were able to interact with the users session and control the KB/M but I can't find that in the Server 2012. Has that been discontinued?

Removed in 2012 readded in 2012 R2. Server Manager -> Remote desktop -> Right click the user and pick 'Shadow Desktop'.
