printer issue-Samsung CLP-620ND

my printer has started printing vertical streaks in the color background. I've tried cleaning the contacts per the manual, and I also tried replacing the transfer belt. I love the printer, and I hate getting a new one. does anyone have any ideas what else I can try?

I decided to try something radical. I noticed that the streaks were reddish in color, so I changed the red toner cartridge. I don't know how or why, but my pages are coming out perfect. thank you for reading my post.
