KMS office 2016

I wonder if anyone else has had problems installing a KMS key (via Volume activation tools) for Office Pro Plus 2016? I called MS up to have it added however KMS claims it is invalid. I will call them in the morning about it but in the mean time wondered if it was maybe a known issue?
