Shut down and log off desktop icons via group policy?

Hi folks - we have quite a few windows laptops we've purchased recently for the infant school I work for; they are all running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

What I am trying to do is create a desktop shortcut to shut down and log off the laptop using Group Policy - our server is running 2012 Standard.

 

I've tried this in Group Policy

User Configuration - Preferences - Windows Settings - Shortcuts

 

I don't know what I am doign wrong exactly, but it isn't working, that is for sure! Does anyone have any suggestions?

You tried the arguments and path separate?

 

e.g. Arguements would be the -s etc
