Internal Email Filtering

Does anybody use or know of a product that can provide filtering of internal emails fro on-premise exchange?

We're aware of keywords in exchange but we're looking for something a bit more feature rich like an external filter would provide.

There are lots of products that would do this - Sophos PureMessage is one that immediately springs to mind and should be fairly cost effective!

Exchange online protection part of office 365 does a pretty good job for us, would recommend it, especially as it comes at no cost to schools We use it to filter our on-premise exchange.
