MSI failing to install

So I'm trying to install a program via GP. It's installed on one computer without and problems. But another computer just isn't having any of it.

 

It's trying to install, and is showing as error-ed in the Application Log. It's showing as faulting module name ucrtbase.DLL amongst some other information but that just appears to be application path etc.

 

Any ideas why this is might not be installing on a an identical built machine - the only difference being processor (the faulting one is an AMD, the working, Intel).

 

Both are Windows 7 x64

Unlikely to be anything to do with processor, it's normally the general state of the OS / Windows Installer / other applications that cause errors like this.

 

If the Event log isn't giving you anything helpful, what happens when you run the MSI interactively?

 

I assume you've got all and any dependencies - Dot Net, Visual Studio Tools, or whatever else it may need.
