Office 365 Restrict access to email for students

Hi guys

i was wondering if any one knew a way not letting students use outlook on office 365

This is because we are a primary school and only want students to use word excel while they are on Chromebooks

i know they can use google apps but want them to be able to use multiple web platforms but also keeping them secure

De-assign the email license from them and only use the apps one?

When you create the accounts they're assigned the different licences (We have 6/7 per student ) so if you want any bit taken away, just disable that part of the licenses and once it updates boom no email etc
