hardtailstar Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Hi all, Every time I press the full stop I get this menu. Any ideas on how to fix it? I have reimaged the computer and it is still doing it. Thanks in advance
mrwoberts Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 (edited) If the problem remains after re-imaging the computer suggests to me that this is a hardware problem? Is this a Laptop/Desktop? What happens when you plug in a USB keyboard and press the same button? Laptop - Has anything been spilt on the keyboard, or do you have a replacement keyboard from an identical laptop to try.
