The only stability issues I've had with Impero were RAM related on the server, as soon as I increased that it was back to normal...

The console has just crashed on me a few mins ago. Pretty sure Server resources are not the problem...

Hello

In terms of portal we tried it here several times and seemed to be working. If still having trouble if contact support they can work out why you still can't get access..

I can confirm I can now access the support page and have already submitted a ticket.

I still CAN'T get in (with old or new passwords). I tried clicking the Password Reset button again and haven't received an email about that either.

I'm going to try emailing them (again... I still haven't received a response to the last one from earlier in the week...) but I'm not holding my breath...

It's likely theres a database entry issue where your original email address is on the old system and it's conflicting with the new customer portal but if you phone them about it usually they can take a look. Emailing seems to be very unreliable these days since apparently their filter is blocking a lot of mail although they did mention they were disabling it due to this but it did take me at least 2 days to get a response from my last email.

I know that support email had an issue when auto filters kicked in on the new feature within Office365 but they have been disabled so hopefully this should be sorted now.. Also i know some site had few issues with 5105 think most of those issues have started to bee fixed in 5106 which is currently going through internal testing..
