terrymadeley Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Might one of you clever people be able to point me in the right direction with a SIMS report? I want a report that lists my marksheet templates and shows their template columns including aspect names and result sets, so that I can run a quick audit on what’s been set up and what may still be left to do. I can produce a report that shows templates and their related aspects, but when I try to add in the aspects’ related result sets it fails. Lots and lots and lots of blank rows. And I've tried designing a report with the focus on aspects that shows related templates, but can't seem to filter out aspects not attached to any templates. Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.
MattMitchell Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 I haven't been able to find a report that will do this. Having said that, if you're prepared to enter a list of applicable resultsets manually into something, you can still check fort the info. The other way to do it, is to use Routines->Data Out->Assessment->Export and export the templates; parsing the XML from these will give you the precise column names, aspect+resultset combinations, etc.
