Senior IT Technician

 

St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College are seeking to employ a full

time Senior IT Technician.

 

St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College in the City of Bradford is now the largest Catholic

co-educational school in the country following the merger of the all boys’ school St Bede’s

Catholic Grammar School and the all girls’ school St Joseph’s Catholic College on September 1st

2014.

 

The successful candidate will work within a department that operates across two sites located 1

mile apart from each. The sites are connected via a fibre link, support over 260 staff and 2000

pupils with 800 workstations, 24 servers, 160 IP cameras, 250 telephones, 30 proximity security

points, 120 networked printers, 30 HP POE switches and 80 wireless access points configured as 4

separate networking subnets operating within a windows 2012 R2 network with windows 7 and 8 based

clients.
