This is one of those 'everything else' questions so I wasn't sure where to post it.

 

With open evening coming up the school is looking at ways to capture potential parent\pupil reaction.

 

So far the best the idea I've come up with is a simple survey using something like Survey Monkey if the tour guides had a tablet to ask questions like overall tour rating (1-5), overall school impression (1-5), leave a number\e-mail for follow up etc.

 

Does this sound good or does anyone already have a better system for this sort of thing?

Google forms is the obvious one, because it is free.

survey monkey has a limit of 100 at a time you can export at once without paying. (presuming you would want to export for some analysis).
