Office 365 Mail flow rule

Just looked in Office 365 Mail Flow - Am i missing something, need to stop the pupils group from emailing (anyone in the) staff group. Cant seem to see an option for enabling this.

I Have one setup for pupils and external mail which works fine.

 

Can you do this?

You need to click More options... at the bottom of the Rules window to allow you to add two conditions:
