Papercut Backup not restoring user funds

Dear all,

 

*HELP*

 

I have removed users from papercut by accident (long story, but be careful of filtered lists and bulk user actions...). Restored them from AD sync which has brought them back with default funds associated with those accounts.

 

Done a restore from backup, a backup exec backup, as the papercut backup wasn't running, which should bring the entire DB across with it. However, the users that were removed have still got the incorrect funds. Papercut recommended that we restored the whole "Papercut MF" folder from "Program Files (x86)", which is where all the data is held.

 

We have biostore and cunninghams cashless running as well.

 

Any ideas? Only had this system for two weeks and a lot of head scratching is happening right now.

That doesn't sound right.

 

I did set user balances the other day using batch import - so if you can get their balances out of the old database (say build a temporary VM and shove Papercut on it? Or manually export the DB?) then you can batch import it back.
