Hi all,

I have setup 2 policies which are linked to a security group in AD so that I can add or take away users from these groups at will without having to alter the policy, the only problem I have is that in the "when" I have timed access with the school day in timed periods but would like to take this a little further in actually having another field called "which" for the days of the week so that I could fasten the policy down to a set period on a specific day, does anyone know how this can be done and if so how?

Also it would be helpful if Smoothwall had the option of setting up a 2 week timetable, does anyone else feel the same or am I being plain blind and it already has these features?

Please respect my ignorance on this matter as I am getting old hehe!

Appreciated :)

Your times can be a specific day - but no 2 weekly or anything like that. I did have a bad hack that linked to a public ical and made timeperiods, but it never got above "hack" status.

@howartp

At the moment I have say period 1 marked up for all the days of the working week, how would I say have period 1 Monday, period 1 Tuesday etc etc,

Is it as simple as naming the period and marking which day you want that period for?

Excuse me for being a little dense here ;)

Any pictures of how you have it setup would be good :)

Thanks in advance
