walsallmrh Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Morning We have an old HP Color Laserjet 4730mfp Printer which is networked using Windows Server 2012. The printer is currently not allowing us to add it to computers, we are trying to update the firmware we have downloaded latest version via HP website but it keeps getting stuck at 0%. Not sure if this is down to the age of the printer or the printer been faulty, any advice would be helpful serial number for the printer is: JPSNH10771 Thanks Paul
