Mac Loosing AD and OD Binding

One of my macs on our network seems to be loosing its AD and OD Bindings. We manually re bind it each time but it still manages to loose it again the next morning. The macs on our network all run OSX Yosemite and are managed through Profile Manager. They were all built with Deploystudio and I have a configuration file that enrolls them at the end of the task sequence. I also have directories set up in Profile Manager. All 15 of the machines have been fine and now this one machine has started doing this.

 

I cant really find much when looking online for answers. Has anyone else come across this problem? Any help would me much appreciated.

Do you run deepfreeze? Also have you tried giving the computer another name? Try with an extra number of letter on the end so its a unique name to be entered into AD.

I've not heard of deep freeze so I'm going to go with no! I saw something about it when I was googling the problem? What is it?

 

I will try renaming the machine to see if that helps.
