Fazza Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 We've just got a few Epson projectors and they all came with this bit of plastic: There is an image of it in the 'manual' as being part of the contents of the box but nowhere does it mention what it does and we cant see anywhere on the projector or remote control it can go! Any ideas?!
Grey-gear Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Something to keep the wires coming from it together? But I think @AButters had the better idea.
Fazza Posted September 17, 2015 Author Posted September 17, 2015 Wall bracket for the remote? Nope! Tried every which way but loose with the remote control and there's nowhere for it to clip on to or hold!
Steve21 Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 (edited) It's the leg bit or looks like it lemme find a pic Edit - Skip that it's slightly different Steve Edited September 17, 2015 by Steve21
localzuk Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Pretty sure it is cable management for the back. There should be a screw by the connectors for it to screw on with I believe! Never used it on any projector I've seen though to be honest! I think it is intended to sort of lock one of the leads in place?
Kingstech Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Its for the Epson Visualizer cable that comes from the back of the projector. I think it is to take the weight of the USB cable. I haven't put it on the couple that i have installed. Just looks silly if it is not being used.

GrumbleDook Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Is it the missing bit from the Heart of Gold?
