kohote Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 (edited) I got a problem when trying to connect this LED screen to my PC. I use Windows 8 and It's always the black screen. I wonder if it is the computer or software problem, so I go to the VISS official site to download the latest version, but it needs a download password and I don't know! comrade Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 How is it being connected, HDMI? Does the computer screen blank out for a few seconds when you plug in the screen?
