PaperCut Riso Email Print Issue

Hi Guys,

 

I'm trying to setup email to print through Papercut. Everything seems to be in working order but when you release the job from the Riso nothing happens. The error in the application log is: Error redirecting job to 'danserver\RISO ComColor 7150 see print-provider.log for details. Cancelling print job.

 

In the print provider log the error reads: 2015-09-11 14:25:54,577 ERROR: Failed to redirect job to printer (StartDocPrinter). JobId: 153, Datatype: NT EMF 1.008, Printer: \\danserver\RISO ComColor 7150 - The specified datatype is invalid. (Error: 1804)2015-09-11 15:29:07,269 ERROR: SPJ: runner:pc-file-printer ERROR: SPJ: print_ticket_to_devmode_gdi: Page size not specified

 

Any ideas?

How many servers are you running and has the email address been assigned to the printer?
