googlemad Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Does anyone know if there is a way to set a Kyocera MFD so it automatically attempts to print to A4 if a dodgy page size is sent? We constantly get phone calls about MFDs out of paper because the students miss the option to select one of the trays and select 'Continue' to print... Papercut is in place too if we can do it that way
SHimmer45 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 on the older printers there is an option to override the paper size and print to the tray. is the printers default paper options set to A4 when the printer is deployed / installed to the user?
RobbieChalk Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 I agree with SHimmer45 Go to printer setting and scroll down to override and turn it on. Apart that is all you can do...... You could default the trays. Want model are you using?
