[ms office - 2013] MS Powerpoint 2013 free\zes when trying to play embedded youtube video

Hello All,

 

Currently for students and members of staff when they embed a video into MS Powerpoint 2013 and try to play the video in the slide show by clicking on it they received the attached error message. Strangely this works fine for administrators so it must be something to do with permissions or GPO's that have been changed. This use to work fine with Office 2010 products, has anyone else witnessed this problem?
