Smart Notebook 2015 - slides not appearing in main window

Hi all

 

We are having problems with Smart Notebook 2015 (2014 worked fine) on certain PCs (HP Elite 8000 USDT, for example) in that slides don't appear in the right-hand pane, although the thumbnails of the slides do appear in the left-hand pane. Also, if an application is open behind the Notebook window, a corrupted version of the application appears in the Notebook window.

 

Any ideas anyone?

For us, it was Win 7 PCs running the MS built in Intel drivers.

Updated them and it worked OK...
